Hi there! Thank you so much for considering renting out our studio spaces!

 

Before moving forward with the process, we want to make sure that we’re a good fit for each other.

 

We ask that you take great care of our space, leaving it exactly as it was found! Absolutely no drugs or intoxication, underage drinking, smoking, nudity, promiscuity, firearms, misuse of our property, indoor pyro, or explosions. We allow up to 15 people in the studio at any given time. Any violation of these rules will result in an immediate end to your reservation with no refund.

 

If you leave marks or scuffs on the studio floor/wall you will be charged $30 for repair. Do not drag anything (furniture, props, etc.) on the studio floor as this will leave marks. No one is permitted to stand or put any weight on the curve of the cyclorama. No glitter allowed.

 

No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file.

 

Since all of our equipment is very costly to replace, we require liability insurance to use our studio. If you cannot provide proof of insurance, there will be a fee of $50 that covers you under our insurance. Please send proof of insurance to hello@gloryvisuals.com after booking, or to let us know if you don’t have it.

 

Outside catering is allowed.
