Michael Maley, owner of M2 Homes, wanted our help in creating a marketing video for a high-end property that his team was preparing sell. He wanted to create a real estate video that was different from anything the market had seen.
Before shooting the video the video, we worked with his team on concept development, storyboarding, tech scouting, casting, crew assembly, budgeting, shot lists, shooting schedules, calls schedule, and production logistics.
Because of the pre-production synergy our teams had, the day of shoot couldn't have gone better. We captured aerial footage with our DJI Mavic 2 Pro and filmed with our Sony Alpha a7 III.
This series of videos included a 60-second social promo ad and a long form promo video for the listing page.
